莓果脆片古早味穀麥片（含維生素D）

The crunch from those superfood grains and seeds holds up even after sitting in milk for a few minutes, which I didn't expect. Also nice to know each bowl has some vitamin D in it since I'm inside most of the winter.

Tossing this on my morning yogurt felt like a small upgrade—the coconut sugar keeps it from being too sweet, and the vitamin D is a nice bonus for these shorter days.
