The dried apples rehydrate nicely in the microwave, and the cinnamon flavor is warm without being overpowering. No added sugar is a huge plus for me, and I actually prefer it this way.

The pecans add a really nice crunch, and I love that there's no added sugar because it lets the apple and cinnamon taste come through naturally. It's filling enough for a quick breakfast but doesn't leave me feeling heavy.
